This policy explains what personal information Star Creations India ("we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from https://thepoisonedstore.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
- When you buy: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by our payment gateway — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, never your full card number or UPI PIN.
- When you create an account: your email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) and saved addresses.
- When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us in an email, WhatsApp message or phone call.
2. Why we use it
- To take payment for, pack, ship and deliver your order.
- To tell you about your order and handle returns, refunds and support.
- To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the Site.
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- To send you offers and new-arrival emails or messages — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Courier partners, so they can deliver your parcel — name, address and phone number.
- Payment gateways, to process your payment and any refund.
- Communication and analytics providers, to send order updates and understand site usage.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, and help us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work properly without the essential ones.
Anonymous visit statistics. To see which pages and products people look at, we count visits ourselves: a random identifier stored in your browser (not a cookie) lets us count unique visitors, and we record the pages viewed and the website or campaign you came from. We do not record your IP address, name, email or phone for this, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, you are not counted.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to support@starcreationsindia.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed, and the current version always applies.
