Track your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email and WhatsApp you a tracking number and a link. Tracking usually begins updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
Can't find the tracking link?
- Check the spam or promotions folder of the email you ordered with.
- If you have an account, your orders and their tracking numbers are under your account.
- Otherwise, email support@starcreationsindia.com or message +91 88514 64868 with your order number and we will send it to you.
Tracking hasn't moved
Couriers sometimes scan a parcel late. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, tell us and we will chase the courier for you rather than leaving you to do it.
